You Can See What Needs to Change.
Getting There is the Hard Part.

I work with executives who are carrying more complexity than their organization can process - too many moving parts, too much pressure, and not enough clarity about what to do first.

Increasingly, that complexity is being driven by AI - where opportunity is real, but the risk is often misunderstood, and decisions are being made faster than governance can keep up.

I can see and hear what you can’t - and I recognize patterns your organization is too close to notice. I shine a light in the dark areas of your challenges - and when I bring them to light, I help you put the right guardrails, priorities, and decisions in place so you move forward with clarity and control.

You’re Not Failing.
You’re Overwhelmed.

You're leading an organization at an inflection point. The business model has to change, or you won't survive the next three years. You know it. Your board knows it. And somewhere between the strategy you've articulated and the execution your organization can actually deliver - there's a gap that keeps getting wider.

You have ideas. You have urgency. You may even have a plan.

What you don't have is someone who can look at all of it - the people, the programs, the technology, the money, the vendors, the board expectations - and tell you honestly what to do first, what to do second, and what to stop doing entirely.

That's the moment I work in.

How I Work

I don't hand you a report and walk away. And I don't just execute what I'm told.

I come in, assess the full picture - your people, your programs, your technology, your capital, your vendor relationships, and the board expectations sitting above all of it - and I tell you the truth about what needs to happen and in what order.

Then I stay. I work alongside your leadership team to make sure the right things actually get done. I catch what's about to go wrong before it does. I push back when the plan is moving faster than the organization can absorb. And I help you walk into every difficult conversation - with your board, your team, or your vendors - knowing exactly where you stand.

This is not consulting. This is having someone in your corner who has sat in your chair, understands the whole game, and is personally invested in making sure you win.

Most advisors bring expertise in a slice - technology, strategy, operations, or finance. I bring all of it, because I've lived all of it. As the CIO of a $12B regional bank, I led transformation in an environment where a wrong decision didn't just cost money - it surfaced in regulatory exams and board oversight. As a senior leader at CGI, Hitachi Consulting, and Arthur Andersen, I advised executives across industries navigating the hardest technology and business decisions of their careers. I understand the whole game — the people dynamics, the capital constraints, the vendor pressures, the board relationships, and the sequencing that determines whether a transformation lands or collapses. I'm not drawing on what worked a decade ago. I'm actively working alongside executive teams right now, which means what I bring to your organization is current, tested, and real.

The question isn't whether you need this. It's whether you're ready for it.

If You’re Ready, Let’s Talk.
